accum-and-D: I have problems with 'cat filelist

I have problems with 'cat filelist | xargs cvs2cl.pl --accum' when we have
a realy long file list!
### cvs2cl will run 'cvs log -D>newesdateinchangelog ...' cmd and filter
out needed changelogs! ck

I prevent this bei using --stdin option, but i changed a view lines in the
script which seemed to be wrong or not general:
