cvs2pl usage

First, thank you for your very, VERY, handy script. :-)

And, yes, that usually is a prelude to someone asking you something. LOL
In this case, I found that cvs2pl is even better than I had known from
earlier use. I was browsing the buglist when I saw the messages
about --delta. Cool! Very handy. I simply observe to you that the option
isn't listed in the usage message.
