'Tis done. Present in 2.46; which should appear at red-bean soon.

Both of which are very worthy works that I'd like to contribute to --- but, in
spite of a pure maths background, I'm far too rusty. However, if looking
after cvs2cl helps you, and you're doing libidn & SASL, I'm happy :-)
