* doc/handbook/client.texi: Replace most of the "..." strings in
  client.texi with the texinfo command @dots{}.

Follow up revision 2798 to replacing "..." strings with @dots{}.
Revert @tags{} to "..." when the program's output actually contains
"...".  Do not place @dots{} in [] because the @dots{} will already be
visually distinct.
