* trunk/contrib/client-side/psvn/psvn.el:
  (svn-status-update-buffer): Added a header line to the *svn-status* buffer
    that describes the meanings of the flags in that buffer
  
  svn-status-verbose: new variable. If set to t, run svn-status with the 
    'v'-flag (this is the default). When set to nil, don't use the 'v'-flag.
