Japanese translation updates.

* subversion/po/ja.po: Correct mistakes in translations.  Thanks to
  Kenshi Muto for pointing them out.
  Now ja.po has 1534 translated messages against r23186 (Emacs PO-mode
  status: "1535t+286o").
