   Pasta, Rice and Risotto   
Crawfish Pasta
   Iris Fitzpatrick Serves 4 to 6
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 16 oz. can diced tomatoes (use Rotel if you like it spicy)
  • 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid Crab Boil
  • 1 lb crawfish tails
  • 1 lb pasta (I use elbow macaroni)

Saute onions and bell pepper in the olive oil and butter. Add flour and mix. Add diced tomatoes and mushroom soup and crab boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add crawfish about 10 minutes before done. Pour over pasta and serve!
