Cream Puff Shells
   Eileen Fitzpatrick Makes about 2 1/2 dozen
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 c water
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c flour
  • 4 eggs

Mix water and oleo in pot and bring to a boil. Add flour all at once. Mix until it comes away from the side of the bowl. Remove from heat, add egg one at a time, beat by hand. Take a teaspoon, wet it, and drop them on a cookie sheet. Mold with wet finger. Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes.
