Mom's Two-Handed, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Pecan Cookies

Makes about 7 dozen

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 cups oats
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 cup chopped pecans
In a large mixing bowl beat eggs. Add sugars, peanut butter, baking
soda and vanilla. Stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix
thoroughly. Drop generous tablespoons of dough onto greased cookie
sheet. Flatten slightly with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake in
a 350º F oven for 12-14 minutes. Cool cookies slightly before removing
from cookie sheet; cool completely before storing. Makes about 7 dozen
4" diameter cookies.
